Dear DICC Users,
There was a major power outage in our HPC data center since 19 May 2021, around 10am. The power outage is currently causing all DICC servers to power off and all DICC services are affected. All the DICC services will not be accessible during the power outage. We will be updating again once the power issue has been resolved.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
Update:
The HPC service has been restored on 7.30 pm 19th May 2021. Users may start submitting jobs from now. If you have any questions or problems, please do not hesitate to contact us through our service desk.
