This is a follow-up to our previous announcement regarding the scheduled power maintenance in the Data Centre on October 1, 2025.
The maintenance is still ongoing, and we have encountered some unforeseen issues. As a result, all primary DICC services remain inaccessible and unavailable. Our team is actively working on troubleshooting and resolving the problems.
DICC High-Performance Computing (HPC) system maintenance is still in progress.
We will provide another update as soon as the maintenance is complete and all services are back online. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
