Application Storage Service Disruption

Published by DICC

Dear HPC users,

We are sorry to say that there was an application storage service disruption in the HPC around 29 November 2022, 7.50pm (GMT+8). Connection to the application storage was lost during the period. This means that any jobs that run applications from /app will be affected.

We managed to restore the application storage connection at 8pm. All the affected jobs were requeued and restarted by the system. Home Storage and Lustre Storage data are not affected. We are still in the middle of investigating the cause of the disruption.

If you encounter any issue after the storage disruption, please let us know through the service desk. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
