Scheduled HPC Cluster Maintenance

Published by DICC

Greetings HPC user,

There will be scheduled maintenance for the HPC cluster on 9 September 2024, starting 8.00am, in order to perform migration to the new Scratch Storage layout. The cluster will be unavailable for access until further notice.

The maintenance is expected to last for a couple of days, so users are advised to plan their work accordingly. We will be keeping everyone posted once the storage migration is completed. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

If you have any questions, please let us know.

Update 1 (11 Sep 2024)

We would like to announce that the storage migration has been successfully completed. Users can now access the cluster normally. All the files from the temporary scratch storage have been successfully migrated.

If you encountered any issues after the storage migration, please let us know at the service desk.

Thank you for being patient.
