Greetings DICC Users,
We would like to inform you that there will be scheduled power maintenance in the Data Centre on 1 October 2025. All DICC infrastructures and services will be shutting down at 9.00 am in the morning to prevent any potential data loss. All users are advised to plan your work accordingly.
Anticipating the shutdown, we will drain all compute nodes (CPUs & GPUs) at 8.00 am on Sunday, 28/9/2025.
This means that the last 3-days job will be executed (if available and has unallocated nodes) before 8.00am on 28/9/2025.
Anything after that will not be executed.
All DICC main services will be inaccessible and unavailable during the power maintenance
The maintenance is expected to last for a day. We will update again once the power maintenance completes and the services are accessible again.
