HPC Service Update: gpu-a100 Partition is Back Online!

Published by DICC

Dear HPC Users,

We are pleased to announce the successful conclusion of the reserved service period for the 2D & 3D Medical Image Analysis Training with NVIDIA MONAI workshop. The High-Performance Computing (HPC) cluster partition, gpu-a100, is now back online and available for general use by all HPC users.

✅ Summary of Service Resumption

Partition Restored: gpu-a100
Affected Nodes: gpu06 and gpu07 (now returned to the general pool)
Impact: The partition is fully accessible for submitting new jobs.

The gpu-a100 partition was temporarily reserved and taken offline from Monday, November 10, 2025, through Thursday, November 20, 2025, to ensure dedicated resources for the AI Bootcamp Training.

We thank you for your understanding and patience during this scheduled unavailability period. You may now resume submitting your High-Performance Computing jobs to the gpu-a100 partition.

Should you encounter any issues accessing the partition or submitting your jobs, please contact the DICC support team immediately.

Regards,

The HPC Administration Team
