Data-Intensive Computing Centre (DICC), Universiti Malaya wishes to inform all users that DICC staff will be attending an NVIDIA workshop from 7 to 9 September 2026.
During this period, DICC will be operating under minimal operations, and the availability of DICC services and support may be limited. Certain requests, submissions, and enquiries may therefore experience delays.
For any requests or technical issues during this period, users may submit a support ticket through the DICC Jira service desk. The DICC team will review and attend to tickets as soon as possible, subject to staff availability during the workshop. 🎫
The workshop provides an opportunity for DICC staff to further enhance their technical knowledge and capabilities, supporting the continued delivery and management of reliable computing services for the University’s research community. 🖥️⚙️
